DD8 Academy Summer Program 6 Week Off-Season Development Program The DD8 Academy Summer Program is designed for committed players looking to maximize their development during the off-season in a professional, high-performance environment. This program focuses on helping players improve technically, physically, and mentally while preparing for the upcoming season. ⸻ Program Information Start Date June 16 Duration 6 Weeks Training Frequency 2 Sessions Per Week Training Days Tuesday & Thursday Ages All Ages Welcome Training Structure Players train with their respective age groups in a competitive and development-focused environment. ⸻ Training Schedule 7AM Session * U16 * U17 * U19 8AM Session * U14 * U15 * U16 9AM Session * U10 * U11 * U12 * U13 ⸻ What’s Included Individual Off-Season Fitness Package - Player receives upon registration for individual training. Each player will receive a customized fitness plan designed to improve: * Speed * Agility * Strength * Endurance * Overall athletic performance ⸻ Player Evaluation & Development Report At the conclusion of the program, each player will receive: * Individual evaluation * Development feedback * Areas for improvement * Personalized recommendations moving forward ⸻ Position-Specific Development Training sessions are designed to challenge players based on their position and individual needs while emphasizing: * Technical quality * Tactical understanding * Decision making * Competitive intensity ⸻ Professional Training Environment DD8 Academy provides players with: * High-level coaching * Competitive training sessions * Structured development plans * A positive and demanding environment focused on long-term growth The program is built for players looking to stay sharp during the off-season and continue progressing physically, technically, and mentally. ⸻ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: What if I can’t attend one of the training sessions? A: Make-up sessions will be hosted throughout the program for players who miss a scheduled session. Q: Can I sign up weekly instead of the full program? A: Yes. Weekly registration is available, however the full off-season fitness package and player evaluation report will not be included. Weekly sign-ups are training sessions only.
